We are assembling a highly motivated and entrepreneurial team to build out our US office in New York. As part of this team, we are looking for talented and very motivated business development managers, with an appetite to aggressively grow the business and carve out COMATCH territory in the US market.

  • Build relationships with key decision makers to win consulting projects and drive adoption of our offering at startups, SMEs, Fortune 50 companies, investors, and consulting firms
  • Take responsibility for entire sales cycle, from lead generation / new client acquisition and strategic networking with top management, to direct negotiations, and consultant matching
  • Manage and grow existing key client accounts and relationships
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for COMATCH in the US through traditional and highly creative methods (we want to be different)
  • Wear multiple hats and jump in where needed, as we essentially built a startup-within-a-startup
  • First business development experience, ideally in a B2B setting
  • Some consulting, investment banking, or high-growth venture experience preferable, but not necessary for proven fast learners
  • Very outgoing character, and intrinsic drive to connect with people (when you get stuck on the L train in rush-hour, you somehow manage to build a lasting relationship with a fellow commuter)
  • Ability to engage clients at all levels, especially top management and C-Suite
  • Interest in wearing multiple hats, as we scale up our operations
  • Highly ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset, with appetite for business building and a track record of delivering results on deadline
  • Good sense of humor and kind personality
