Overview
Do you like to spend a lot of time with people, but also with technology? As Data Integrations Manager (m / f / d) at Fashion Cloud you will work together with international customers from the fashion industry and really give us a head start as an innovative tech startup. You help our customers to use our products in the right way and you will always ensure that they remain enthusiastic fans and always feel well cared for.
What are you going to do?
- You pick up the phone and answer customer questions.
- You have agreements with new customers to give them training.
- Occasionally you even do a piece of sales, when existing customers ask for new products
- You receive data from our partners and process it, check it for errors and provide feedback.
- You learn how to handle importing data, configuring our programs and much more.
- You look for new solutions to problems that customers encounter.
- You can think along about product improvements.
Who are you?
Of course you know better, but we already have an idea:
- You like to work hard and really want to achieve something.
- HBO / WO completed.
- Smooth in conversations.
- Clear communication in word and writing.
- Affinity with technology.
- Carefully and with an eye for detail.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently, German and French are a plus.
