We’re looking for a talented and motivated Director of Sales to join our fast-growing company. You will succeed in the role if you are an energetic, driven leader with a go-getter attitude. If you have a good understanding of social media and influencer marketing landscape and are a natural sales personality, apply and take full charge of our EMEA market.
What we expect from you in this role
- Creating valuable, relevant, new relationships with large brands and agencies in EMEA
- Building a strategic approach in identifying sales opportunities and managing clients (brands and agencies)
- Meeting established monthly and quarterly team goals
- Identifying upcoming trends, upcoming platforms and deliver strategies
- Providing sales mentorship and elevating the team’s abilities to manage and close revenue
- Taking ownership from the first stage Account Management for your own clients (ie. the establishment of campaign prioritization, launch plans, budgeting, etc.)
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from the area of Marketing, Business Administration, or another related program
- English fluent
- An established network of clients (brands & agencies) that you can bring along
- Previous sales experience in an agency working closely with various clients
- Self-motivated and always ready to go the extra mile in order to achieve over the top results
- A sales personality with a charming and clear communication style and the ability to build trusting, long-lasting relationships
- German and/or any other language
- A basic understanding and interest in influencer marketing
- A track record of significantly growing portfolio revenues over an extended period of time through strategic management
