We’re looking for a talented and motivated Director of Sales to join our fast-growing company. You will succeed in the role if you are an energetic, driven leader with a go-getter attitude. If you have a good understanding of social media and influencer marketing landscape and are a natural sales personality, apply and take full charge of our EMEA market.


What we expect from you in this role

  • Creating valuable, relevant, new relationships with large brands and agencies in EMEA
  • Building a strategic approach in identifying sales opportunities and managing clients (brands and agencies)
  • Meeting established monthly and quarterly team goals
  • Identifying upcoming trends, upcoming platforms and deliver strategies
  • Providing sales mentorship and elevating the team’s abilities to manage and close revenue
  • Taking ownership from the first stage Account Management for your own clients (ie. the establishment of campaign prioritization, launch plans, budgeting, etc.)


  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from the area of Marketing, Business Administration, or another related program
  • English fluent
  • An established network of clients (brands & agencies) that you can bring along
  • Previous sales experience in an agency working closely with various clients
  • Self-motivated and always ready to go the extra mile in order to achieve over the top results
  • A sales personality with a charming and clear communication style and the ability to build trusting, long-lasting relationships


  • German and/or any other language
  • A basic understanding and interest in influencer marketing
  • A track record of significantly growing portfolio revenues over an extended period of time through strategic management
