YOUR MISSION

We are assembling a highly motivated and entrepreneurial team to build out our US office in New York. As part of this team, we are looking for a talented Marketing Manager, with an appetite to aggressively grow the business and carve out COMATCH territory in the US market.

  • Oversee, implement and coordinate all marketing and PR activities in the US across different channels (online and offline) to ensure on-brand positioning and awareness, retain existing users, gain new ones, drive customer value, and enhance brand equity
  • Design, develop, and manage brand campaigns and customer engagement campaigns
  • Define and roll out US marketing strategies in consultation with European marketing department to ensure global approach, while pursuing US-specific mission and objectives
  • Steer external marketing services and agencies through properly managed timelines with key deliverables for all creative and media campaign programs
  • Build out events calendar to optimize all event opportunities
  • Utilize critical market and competitive research to understand, segment, and define target US market verticals and geographies, refine and improve COMATCH’s product value proposition, and implement the best market penetration strategy
  • Build budget and allocate proper/relevant spending regime for appropriate growth models (owned channels, earned media, paid media, performance marketing)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential strategic partners, evaluating key sponsorship/partnership opportunities that meet our critical business objectives
YOUR PROFILE
  • 6+ years of relevant marketing experience in technology start-ups, international businesses and/or professional services organizations
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (inbound lead generation, branding, product promotion, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen and established business partnering skills with willingness to go beyond role boundaries
  • Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods, including website analytics and ability to handle big data, track metrics and process figures and KPIs
  • Strong, demonstrated leadership track record, ability to motivate a team through high-growth spurts, and superior collaboration skills.
  • Ability to switch between creative and analytical thinking
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Past experience in managing change within a fast growing and highly competitive tech business environment, both on the business practices as well as people management side
  • Can-do attitude, creative but structured problem-solving ability, and a resilient positive mindset
  • Good sense of humor and kind personality
