Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Sales who enjoys engaging with and acquiring new clients in the mobile games and apps industry to join our international team and work alongside the co-founders. Due to our pure performance focus and a vigorous determination in achieving our goals, you should be someone who is seeking a new challenge in an entrepreneurial, high performing and exciting environment.

 

What we expect from you in this role

  • Lead generation and acquisition of new relevant mobile app clients in the EU and the US
  • Managing your own clients (ie. the establishment of campaign prioritization, launch plans, budgeting, etc.) as well as nurturing the relationships with our existing advertisers
  • Building your own Sales team, mentoring your team members and meeting established monthly and quarterly team goals
  • Identifying upcoming trends, platforms and deliver strategies

Must-haves

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in sales and/or account management in an agency working closely with mobile game and app advertisers
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing
  • Fluency in English
  • A track record of significantly growing portfolio revenues through setting key metrics, applying optimization best practices, and strategic management over an extended period of time

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in German and/or another language
  • Previous experience in launching and/or marketing of mobile apps
